Can anyone explain to me how after sitting on the beach under an umbrella for three hours, I still managed to get sunburned?! No, by the way, I wasn't wearing sunscreen, and being a strawberry blonde I do have a very fair complexion. But was it the UV rays reflecting off the water? Can anyone give me an explanation?
